Francesco Ferroni

I am a member of the University of Oxford Materials for Fusion and Fission Power (MFFP) research group under the supervision of Prof S.G. Roberts et al. I am researching irradiation damage mechanisms in tungsten for divertor and first wall components using experimental characterisation techniques in neutron and heavy ion implanted W/W-alloy samples and modelling behaviour using dislocation dynamics theory.

Francesco is now a CDT alumni.
